Niceclan was founded by Itsyboom in December 2012 in Blacklight Retribution. We are a close knit community of friends who hang out in Teamspeak and play a variety of games together. We primarily play in the afternoons/evenings (Atlantic - Pacific Timezones). We communicate in English. We don't believe in clan meetings- only games and movie time! Yep!

We have provided testing and cheerleading support to indie developers and we love to join early-alpha and beta tests.

RULES:
We aren't a bunch of sensitive snowflakes, just ordinary gamers who believe homophobic, sexist & racist behaviors are not okay in regular society.

Basic Requirements:

  • We are English speaking, North American clan that plays primarily in the evenings.
  • Teamspeak and microphone are REQUIRED with push to talk.
  • Racists and hackers get kicked. period.
  • We are inclusive and tolerant of others. Gay doesn't mean lame. And if you feel ragey, take a break.
  • Age is over 15 years old. Don't lie about your age... if you are close, talk to us. No one is anonymous on the internet and you will be found out. Younger folks may be eligible for Niceclan Junior, which is a protected teamspeak where our children and little siblings hang out.
  • We don't care if you swear, but be a decent human being. (ie. good sportsmanship and politeness in any PVP/scrims, kk?!)
  • If you are a returning member after a really long time away, we ask that you go through our recruit process again to make sure that you fit in with the currently active group of members. This means 2-4 weeks in teamspeak wearing the initiate tag, actively playing games with us and then our founders and council with input from mentors and mates make a decision on if you fit well with our group still.
  • Sleep is for the weak.


Actively participating in Teamspeak is required for continued membership.
